I lived in New York, NY and have moved to DFW area in Texas. I enjoy fitness and health, and my goal is to help and encourage others to feel comfortable and happy while being able to live and maintain a healthy lifestyle. I have many years of gymnastics, dance, and cheerleading under my belt, with a hint of track.
I tend to focus more on calisthenic and isometric training for myself, but do not let that influence your choices!
I would never want anybody to feel as though the gym is a burden, or an unnecessary addition to your routine, or that food is an enemy, or a change to nutrition is a temporary change or (diet). A fitness lifestyle is just that - a LIFESTYLE. A change to your eating habits is not a temporary diet, its a lifestyle change that should be attainable and manageable in YOUR life. Exercise at the gym, the outdoors, your living room, in person, online, we will work together to create a sustainable and attainable lifestyle to work for you.
