One 60 minute one-on-one session for $40

Session will last 1 hour and 15 min, including 15 min to create a game plan for both of us, as well as you moving forward, before moving into the hour of training.

 

10 One hour sessions for $350

First session be used create a game plan for the future workouts and lifestyle, as well as reviewing necessary information regarding health, schedules, etc. before moving into the hour of training.

 

One 30 minute one-on-one session for $25

Session will last 1 hour and 15 min, including 15 min to create a game plan for both of us, as well as you moving forward, before moving into the hour of training.

 

10 - 30 minute sessions for $200

First session be used create a game plan for the future workouts and lifestyle, as well as reviewing necessary information regarding health, schedules, etc. before moving into the hour of training.

Will be held via Skype, FaceTime, Instagram video chat, etc.

Will consist mostly of at home, body weight, calisthenic, isometric, etc. type of workouts
